iTero TimeLapse compares records over time, visualizing tooth wear, movements and gingival changes. The tool automatically extrapolates past and current scans into an animated image that shows oral changes right on the screen.

The Invisalign® Outcome Simulator chairside application is powered exclusively by iTero scanners to help patients visualize how their teeth may look at the end of Invisalign treatment. Align accepts case submissions for its clear aligner products in two ways: (1) physical impressions of the patient’s teeth or (2) intraoral scan of the patient’s teeth. With respect to intraoral scans, Align accepts scans from iTero scanners and certain third-party scanners that have interoperability relationship with Align’s systems and processes.
